Content Capture Gudilines

To keep our brand looking polished and professional, please follow these best practices when filming:

1. Film Before Guests Arrive (Best Window)

The ideal time to capture footage is right after setup is complete and before guests arrive.
This gives us clean, beautifully staged visuals without privacy concerns.

2. Always Confirm Client Comfort

If you plan to capture footage during the event, check in with the client first. A simple, respectful ask goes a long way and protects both you and the company.

3. Hosting Comes First

Your primary role is to deliver exceptional service.
Filming should never interfere with guest experience or your responsibilities. Stay discreet and professional at all times.

4. Capture Team Action

If you’re working with other hosts or bartenders, grab:

  • Setup moments
  • Cocktail pours
  • Passed appetizers
  • Polished finishing touches
  • Team members in action

5. Submit Footage Immediately

Upload your content as soon as possible after the event.
Timely footage allows us to use clips for Instagram Stories and real-time event highlights.

Video Quality Tips

To ensure usable content:

  • Keep your elbows tucked into your body for stability
  • Move slowly — no fast pans or quick jerks
  • Film vertically (Instagram/TikTok friendly)
  • Capture 5–15 second clips
  • Avoid dark, grainy footage whenever possible

Clean, steady, well-lit clips are far more likely to be approved.
