We strongly recommend Hire A Host for your event. We will definitely use them again! Hire A Host set up and tended the bar for our very large wedding reception. But they did so much more!
From the first phone call with Melanie, it was a pleasure to work with them. Every one of our unique requests was honored. Beforehand, Melanie helped me to keep costs down and still warmly care for our guests. Her wise suggestions went beyond the bar service as we talked through the whole event. And on the day itself, Jeremy and Jane and Michael also went the extra mile; I even found them in the kitchen bussing dishes! (not part of our agreement)! Thank you all. Hire A Host made planning a family baby shower a a breeze and a truly pleasant experience for everyone involved. Everything from communicating with the office staff to delivering, setting up, serving food and drinks, helping maintain a comfortable flow for our event and spotless clean up were all top notch. We had an amazing experience with Hire a Host! We hosted a wedding dinner for our families, and Melanie handled our booking and answered our follow-up questions super quickly. On the day of our dinner, Laura (the bartender) and Peggy (our host) took our stress level down to zero! They are simply the BEST. They helped us set up, kept everything running smoothly throughout the meal and cleanup, and made it so easy for us to focus on our guests. It was truly a memorable evening. I was inexperienced in holding a large cocktail party, and the owner of Christo's, where I ordered delicious food, steered me to Hire a Host. It was the best idea ever to hire two efficient, fun, personable and professional wait staff. Everything was seamless.
