*Hourly pay is only applicable to Van Delivery Shifts.
*Ice is reimbursed $1/10# of ice plus the cost of ice.

General Feedback Prompts

  1. Before the guests arrived: What was done, what needed to be done? Did you have enough time to set up? Suggestions for next time?
  2. During the party: What was the flow of the party? How many guests? Real or disposable plates/glassware? What did the client SAY were their priorities? What did you spend your time doing? Suggestions for next time?
  3. At the end of the event: How did you end up leaving the party (food still up, everything cleaned up and put away)?
  4. Hire A Host Team: Who did you work with? How did you divide up duties? Did you work well as a team? Suggestions for next time?
  5. Notes for next time: What do YOU feel were the client’s priorities? What should we tell the next host/bartender?
