We're Here to Make it Feel Easy

You’ve got questions (of course you do!) — and we’re so glad you’re asking. Whether you’re wondering what our fabulous hosts wear or how many bartenders will keep the drinks flowing, you’ll find the answers right here.

Don’t see what you’re looking for? Just reach out — we’d be delighted to help.

Yes! We offer custom catering coordination for both food and beverages. Just tell us your preferences or vision, and we’ll present menu options that fit your style and budget — whether you’re hosting a wedding reception, cocktail party, or corporate event.

Absolutely. Whether you’re working with a local restaurant, personal chef, or making everything yourself, our team will take the time to learn your menu. We’ll set everything up beautifully, answer guest questions, and ensure food stays replenished and presentable all evening.

Yes — Hire A Host is fully licensed to provide alcohol for your event. This allows us to offer complete bar service, including cash bars when requested.

Yes. If you’d like to supply your own beer, wine, or spirits, our bartenders will handle it all — from setup to service.

Yes! We regularly work with local restaurants and caterers. We’ll manage the pickup, delivery, or presentation of your favorites so everything runs smoothly — no extra stress for you.

We sure do! We can supply everything from plates and glasses to tents, tables, chairs, and silverware. We’ll make sure you have what you need and handle the logistics.

Of course. Many of our clients hire us for waitstaff or bartending only. Whether you need pre-party setup, food and drink service, or end-of-night cleanup, we’ll send the right support to fit your event needs.

Yes — but to legally offer a cash bar, Hire A Host must provide the alcohol through our liquor license. We’ll take care of the rest, from setup to licensed bartenders and everything in between.

That depends on your event size, flow, and expectations. Once we understand the details — whether it’s a small backyard graduation party or a large corporate celebration — we’ll give you a customized staffing recommendation.

Our standard uniform is classic and professional: a white tuxedo shirt, black tuxedo apron, black bow tie, and black pants. For outdoor or summer events, we also offer a more casual option: a black polo, apron, and pants. Costumes and thematic attire available upon request.

We have a 2-hour minimum per host or bartender to ensure a smooth and meaningful impact on your event.

No! Whether you need one pair of extra hands or a full team, we’ll scale to fit your needs.

Tips are always appreciated! While not required, gratuity is a kind way to recognize the care and effort our team brings to your event.
